I have to confess his demeanor, and ability to put me at ease with absolutely no pressure was really the key to me being able to make a deal and drive away a very happy customer. One of the things that tends to be most difficult for a car buyer is dealing with the paperwork and the financial details. I thought Jim Grammas did a great job again without any pressure.
