I bought my car when the computer system crashed. They had to do all the paperwork by hand . They were very efficient! Alex was a pleasure to deal with! I had an appointment yesterday to see a 2500. The appointment was made after 12 or so emails with an Alex Diaz. Upon arriving at the dealership, after a 45 minute drive, we were informed that t The appointment was made after 12 or so emails with an Alex Diaz. Upon arriving at the dealership, after a 45 minute drive, we were informed that the truck wasn’t on site, and that they didn’t know when it would be arriving. We then drove 1 1/2 hours home due to a traffic accident. Mistakes happen. I get it. However, I didn’t receive a single email, text or phone call today to apologize. Have some common curtesy. More
