Excellent Customer Service On Monday July 6th, I had a tire blow out and was forced to use the spare. I looked at the inventories at several local tire shops and observed that none had the inventory of tire I required and the wait was going to be 3-4 days. I decided to show up first thing in the morning and try my luck. I was met by my advisor, Brendan Smith, who took me in with no questions asked. When I advised him of meetings I had later that morning, he provided me with a loaner car so I could attend my meetings while they took care of my car. The price of the tires was similar to other dealers and the price I ended up paying was less than the original quote. More
