Putting aside for a moment that the S5 is a wonderful car, the service at Audi Coral Springs is unbelievably great. I have been working with Richardson Baptiste and Brendan Smith now for a few years and car, the service at Audi Coral Springs is unbelievably great. I have been working with Richardson Baptiste and Brendan Smith now for a few years and because they make the buying experience such a pleasure with more than fair pricing, I have purchased my third car in three years, trading up model wise in each of those years. I would recommend most highly this dealership, but in particular Richardson and Brendan, and it's because of these individuals I have stayed a loyal Audi customer and will continue to do so. Audi Coral Springs is a dealership that surpasses all other dealerships in south florida in its rank in all areas..My recent new car buying experience was really something that i had not expected.As a cu other dealerships in south florida in its rank in all areas..My recent new car buying experience was really something that i had not expected.As a current Mercedes owner and BMW owner in the past , I had not seen such a friendly (honest with no dealer gimmicks ) personal attention in any other dealerships.I was also very suprised with the speed and accuracy , they handled the financing and the documentation.All the individuals , in the sales team and the management team are individuals beyond your expectations in every aspect that you are not used to seeing in south florida dealerships.If you are considering a car in such a brand level , believe me if you visit them you will walk out with an Audi . Everything went smooth from the test drive through to the final sale Brendan Smith - He exemplifies what I feel is needed to support any sales team by providing clear, concise information about the purchase and navigating through the negotiating process, without being too pushy or abrasive. This is now my second purchase from Mike at Audi Coral springs. I am already planning my third purchase of an A7 (down the road a bit). Not here, no pressure, an education about "my car" and follow up care that is second to none. I recommend Audi's and this dealership to friends, family and anyone else that asks about my A4. More
