Accommodating, comfortable, and complete Brought my Q5 in for normal scheduled service, but also had an ongoing issue with my brakes making noise. Brendan was very friendly and offered to look into the brake issue and pulled strings to have my pads replaced at no cost to me in addition to the service. Had to sit a few hours which was expected but the lounge was very comfortable and overall I was extremely pleased with both the level of service and professionalism displayed. More

Just went for my first checkup yesterday and was in and out with a car wash and all in about 1 hr and 10 min... they have the friendliest staff there !!! More

Brendan is AWESOME !!! Some of my check engine lights came on while I was on my way home from Orlando, 3 hours away. Right away I called Brendan. He told me "no problem' drive right to the dealership on your way home and I will take care of it. He not only waited for me to get there, he gave me a loaner when it was not going to be ready before I had to leave for an appointment. Brendan is the best .. his follow thru is great, he is friendly, courteous and a pleasure to work with. Since I average about 2000 miles a month, not having to worry about my car is peace of mind to me. Just another reason why this is my 3rd Audi from Audi Coral Springs. More

Rather than us waiting in the service area the guys drove my car and our two small children (so we didn't need to move two car seats for such a short visit) to target to kill some time and picked us up after everything was complete. Seriously...TOP NOTCH...Thanks again guys! More

Outstanding service Our car broke down near Boca-Audi roadside was going to tow it to lighthouse, but when I called service dept. they said they wouldn't be able to check Our car broke down near Boca-Audi roadside was going to tow it to lighthouse, but when I called service dept. they said they wouldn't be able to check car for a couple of days and recommended I call Coral Springs- service manager said come in and we'll see you right away- which they did, and gave us a loaner while ours was in repair- we have had Audis for years and this has been the best service experience so far. If we lived in Florida we would 100% buy from Coral Springs. More

There was no pretense of ego and he opened up with us immediately as to wanting to know what our goals were. We had set our minds on a color (volcano red) and model (Q5) so we went on a test drive and were sold! Now we only had to discuss cost of the 48 month lease. That took an amazingly short period of time and we were off in our new car. I can't rave enough on how mature and friendly Mike was. Although it had been about six years since our last change of cars, this experience was by far the easiest and pleasant! Kudos to Mike and the Audi Coral Springs dealership! More

No appointment - no problem Last week I was close to the dealership and decided to get a carwash. My 25k service notification was showing up on my instrument panel and wanted to Last week I was close to the dealership and decided to get a carwash. My 25k service notification was showing up on my instrument panel and wanted to ask if they could shut it off since I still had some time before my service was due. Since I did not have an appointment, I had not even thought about getting the service. I was greeted by Brendan Smith, he explained that I did not need the service at that point in time but would accommodate me if I chose to do so. He provided me with some additional services and checked my treads. I did have the service performed, but when I declined some of the additional services, there was no pressure. Brendan was professional, courteous and did what it took to get the job done right. More
