I drove my new Audi to my Retirement Party!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I recently retired after 31 years as a Law Enforcer in South Florida. I knew I wanted a new car to celebrate with. A co-worker of mine who retired las I recently retired after 31 years as a Law Enforcer in South Florida. I knew I wanted a new car to celebrate with. A co-worker of mine who retired last year bought an Audi A4 which he allowed me to do a little test drive------I fell in love with his car. Recently I test drove 6 different vehicles including an Infiniti and a Cadillac. All of the cars had their merits but I really wanted an Audi 6. Last weekend, I test drove the A6 at the dealership closest to my house in Miramar. The salesman was very nice and attentive as I tested an A6 and a Q5 but I guess he didn't believe I was a serious customer. He never seriously discussed numbers with me and allowed me to leave without even getting my contact information----oh well, a missed opportunity for them. I WAS A SERIOUS CUSTOMER. Several months ago I responded to a radio ad from Coral Springs Audi. I was given some basic info and the salesman took my name even though back then I wasn't ready to make a purchase. My time frame for a car was the latter part of June or early July. Between February and June I received several calls or e-mails from Nick Paserba of Coral Springs Audi. Now it was the end of June so I contacted Mr. Paserba. Between he and Brendan Smith we started negotiating numbers on the phone. I had test driven the vehicle the week before---therefore I needed numbers. Once I realized the numbers they gave me was close enough for my budget----I scheduled a meeting and a test drive. So on Thursday June 26, 2014 at 9:30AM I arrived at Coral Springs Audi. Mr. Paserba was waiting for me and we looked for a vehicle which I test drove. I liked it. The initial offer was close. Moments later I was introduced to Geno Walsh. We continued to discuss the offer. The offer was sweetened enough to my liking----I took the vehicle. Nick and Geno were great to work with. You never truly know if you are getting the best offer---but in this situation I was comfortable. During my moments with Nick, He told me it was his day off---his only day off of the week. He had come in on his off day to meet me and show me the car. I was impressed with that. At 5:00PM that afternoon I had a Retirement Party scheduled near my home . I told Nick I really wanted to drive my new car to my party but I had driven another vehicle to the dealership. Mr. Paserba, ON HIS DAY OFF volunteered to personally deliver the vehicle to my house in Miramar. That was an added personal touch that I am extremely impressed with. He did and I got to show off my brand new Audi A6 from Coral Springs Audi to my guests. Needless to say my experience with the Coral Springs Audi team was very positive. They are knowledgeable, They are attentive. They are professional. And they are personal. I will recommend Coral Springs Audi to anyone I know who is in the market. I know Audi has a standard survey which I already submitted but I couldn’t help to provide a more personal one. I live in Tampa and decided to drive 241 miles to your dealership because Brandon and Richardson did a great job in understanding my requirements and Brandon was quick enough to make the deal. He also made sure that I was in good hands since he was out of office on the day of delivery. I think that Julian Smyle is the best salesperson I have ever come across especially in the car business. Every step in the process was extra smooth because of his well-preparedness, personal attention and going above & beyond. The car was ready to go by the time we got there, he spent over an hour explaining all features and setting up things like navigation, voice commands and garage door opener. He was quick with everything and thanks to Jim (the finance person) we wrapped up the paperwork in less than 30 min. As I said in the survey, Julian called my insurance company on my behalf which was just praise-worthy despite it not being anything complicated. I attribute the great experience I had at your dealership to all these folks, especially Julian who is still in touch ensuring I am getting most out of my vehicle.
