Honestly I must start by saying I'm not much on writing reviews on anything. However,the AudiQ7 I purchased last Saturday was absolutely one of the best new car buying experience I had in sometime. writing reviews on anything. Smooth and easy transaction both on my trade in vehicle and purchase of my new vehicle. Excellent experience on all levels. I would recommend this dealership and certainly the gentlemen I deal with. Started out fairly well. Julian was friendly and not overly aggressive which is a positive. Dealership arranged for car to be kept overnight for test drive and garage fitting. Julian made the deal move quickly and efficiently over phone and email. Think it helps I did not haggle. Experience went south once offer was accepted. Paperwork, financing and all other set up was supposed to be ready for me on arrival. Tony in finance was good to his word and had the big deal done in under 15 minutes. I then waited for Julian to find missing SIM cards, missing cables, search for floor mats (never found) and call Audi Connect. This took about 45 minutes. He then left to get the car which was supposed to be getting washed and detailed. I wandered the dealership for more 30 minutes waiting for him to return and when he did the car was not cleaned and there were still no floor mats and connection cords still missing. Service was backed up but they did fill it with gas in that 90 minutes. Julian promised to pick up the car from me in two days and take it back to be detailed while missing mats and cords were installed. Rain postponed the plan for couple days but when it stopped I had to chase down Julian who had moved on to another deal and did not have time to return my calls. Brenden stepped in and while not really apologetic he did send a porter to deliver temporary mats and the missing cord. The porter gentleman was friendly and arrived on time. Brenden promised to deliver mats two days later... That will be one week ago tomorrow.. Still waiting. Have not heard a peep from Julian. Review summary - There are only a few audi dealerships, this one will get you a car but the service ends once the papers are signed... More

I am pleased to say after a long search I ended up with my car of choice. I would like to first thank Kevin Keen for returning my call as quickly as he did. His promt responce, positive attitude and will my car of choice. I would like to first thank Kevin Keen for returning my call as quickly as he did. His promt responce, positive attitude and willingness to help me is what lead me to his dealership and ultimatly into the exact car I was looking for. While there, I had the pleasure of meeting Brednan who helped us make the deal the best it could be for my needs. Once I was moved over to finance, I worked with Jim Philips. Jim was efficiant and able to expidite the last part of the transaction, making the financing part as painless as possible. He was also very knowledgeable and able to answer any questions I had. I am very pleased with the service and patients of all three of them and I am finally a very happy Audi A4 Owner. I would reccomend this dealership to anyone I know. Thanks again, Eva Oliver. More
