This past Saturday, my wife and I took her 2023 4Runner in for routine maintenance. We got our schedules mixed and missed our 10 a.m. appointment by two hours! The folks in reception, graciously squeezed us in, not even mentioning the missed appointment! During the service we received periodic updates, notices and recommendations. As usual, the work was performed flawlessly and promptly! I should also mention that the new facilities are state of the art, but still comfortable and accessible. I look forward to bringing my 4Runner in for service next month! More
