Long story short: I wanted a particular model, trim & color. And after almost 5 months, persistentance and a special order, I got what I wanted. Service was fast. In and out about 2.5 hours, after 2 test color. And after almost 5 months, persistentance and a special order, I got what I wanted. Service was fast. In and out about 2.5 hours, after 2 test drives and quick detail clean while we completed paperwork with finance for about 45 minutes. Helano Oliveira is a kind hearted person and Mr. Tasso and associates (Mr. Veiga, Mr. Anghel, Mr. Vaccarella) were also appreciative of gaining a new customer after 25 years of me doing business with another Toyota dealership.
