Had to special order. Took up to 21 days, only order 20 cars a month so it’s first come first serve. This was our first experience with Al Hendrickson and it was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences We've had in many years. Brenden took care of us initially and arranged for us to test drive the was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences We've had in many years. Brenden took care of us initially and arranged for us to test drive the car we wanted upon it's arrival. Eric called right away when the car arrived to let us know and we headed in that night to check it out. Renee was the person that took us on the test drive and worked through the process with us. She was incredibly nice, extremely knowledgeable and very professional. The dealership gave me a fair price for my trade-in and they honored the price I was given when the deposit was put down 17 days earlier. Wes went over the financials with us and handled the paperwork with speed and efficiency. Everything was explained in detail to our satisfaction and all of the staff we interacted with were really nice. Renee then helped us set up our phone in the new car and explained all the features to us. We drove away very satisfied and happy with everything. We'll be back soon to buy another one! More

The first time I went apart a car with 500 dollars and they told me that it would arrive in 15 days, I went to pick it up after 15 days and they told me that the manager liked the car when it arrived and they told me that it would arrive in 15 days, I went to pick it up after 15 days and they told me that the manager liked the car when it arrived and that he had stayed with it. This had never happened to me, that’s why I don’t think I’d recommend the site. Then we went back to do another business with another car. More
