Not happy with this service. They charged us $30.00 to repair a flat. Which originally happened at your facility. Two weeks ago we brought for Oil change and tire rotation, Once we left the shop the c repair a flat. Which originally happened at your facility. Two weeks ago we brought for Oil change and tire rotation, Once we left the shop the car is start giving us a low tire pressure sign. We told them, but the service manager did not cooperate. I bought several cars from you. Right now in my drive way I have 3 cars, 2 camry and 1 corolla all from you. And did not waive the $30.00. So Sad.... I have to find another dealer and repair shop going forward. More

Is the best people I ever meet . I go to Al Hendrickson Toyota with a use car and I get out with a new car a Toyota C-HR a wonderful car in every way . Salesman Brenden As I arrived to Al Hendrickson, Brenden was outside waiting to see how he could assist. I went in with a problem of having an additional name I did no As I arrived to Al Hendrickson, Brenden was outside waiting to see how he could assist. I went in with a problem of having an additional name I did not recognize on my car registration. Brenden was eager to help and took us to the person that he thought was able to help. As we were about to leave, my mom and I were considering trading in my 2017 RAV4 to a 2019 RAV4, we knew Brenden was the person we had to go to . He even got hit my heavy SF rain as he was appraising my car and taking the new one for a test drive. He did everything possible to get us out of the dealership fast. He took his time to show me all the features of my new car and he even took time to FILL MY TANK. I couldn't thank you enough Brenden. You are GREAT! More
