Bought a 2020 Toyota corolla (Scammed and lied to) I received an email a with prices on a 2020 Toyota Corolla Le on 2/11/2020. I called and talked to Brandon Angel, he said he had a red 2020 Toyota Le I received an email a with prices on a 2020 Toyota Corolla Le on 2/11/2020. I called and talked to Brandon Angel, he said he had a red 2020 Toyota Le with the moon roof etc.in stock which would be approximately $2000 above the email price because it had the premium package. I told him I'd drive down to see it within an hour.When I arrived he had the car but said he couldn't do it for $2000 more than the internet price because it had extras and it would cost about $4000 above the internet price.(Bait and switch) He said I have a white one,not exactly my first choice but I agreed to look at it. I asked him what the premium package had and he said navigation, which I don't have because I have android, automatic seats,which was an outright lie. It doesn't even have a garage opener. I did not finance , but bought with cash. They did a hard inquiry which lowered my fico score about 40 points. I have had many Toyotas over the years , but this was without a doubt the worst experience I've ever had.So I have no navigation because I have android,and tech could not download it, and Toyota does not have Android Auto, which they say they do,online.Even after a week I have no navigation and probably never will. I've been lied to and scammed . Not exactly a good buying experience. More

Not happy with this service. They charged us $30.00 to repair a flat. Which originally happened at your facility. Two weeks ago we brought for Oil change and tire rotation, Once we left the shop the c repair a flat. Which originally happened at your facility. Two weeks ago we brought for Oil change and tire rotation, Once we left the shop the car is start giving us a low tire pressure sign. We told them, but the service manager did not cooperate. I bought several cars from you. Right now in my drive way I have 3 cars, 2 camry and 1 corolla all from you. And did not waive the $30.00. So Sad.... I have to find another dealer and repair shop going forward. More
