After my truck was serviced and had the air bag replaced. I picked it up and when driving it away noticed that the airbag light was on. This caused me to return to the service bay find the servic replaced. I picked it up and when driving it away noticed that the airbag light was on. This caused me to return to the service bay find the service advisor and explain what was going on. Then I had another wait while my truck was being diagnosed and repaired. It turned out the mechanic had not properly plugged the new airbag in and hadn't checked the dash to see it his work was correct. I also asked for the interior filter to be replaced and it was not done. I've had this truck serviced at Quebedeaux since it was new and I can positively say that the service dept. has gone downhill. Sadly, it was very bad. We bought the car in May, waited until nearly July before we received it, and it still was not serviced properly. Everyone passed the buck. No one would take responsibility.
