Edward Bittar, the sales consultant was very patient with us, as we learned about the available cars and the three test drives. We learned about safety and features with no pressure. Also the business manager Brent Beck, was very easy to work with and made the whole paper signing experience quite pleasant as we learned about extended warranty, service and options available. Finally, as we took delivery of the car, Andrew, the delivery specialist took the time to explain just about every feature, gadget, and button. Questions were answered without feeling rushed. He even paired out iPhones with the car's system and gave us tips on using it. Outstanding job from the whole team at the Subaru Superstore. Thank You for a great car buying experience. We realized the snow that Flagstaff gets in the winter was tough to drive in, and wanted a 4 wheel drive, safer car. Justin showed us a couple different versions of the CrossTrek, and helped us understand not just the overall features, but what makes Subaru's such safe cars. Once we decided on what we wanted, the process of trading in our old car, and coming to a price that we agreed upon was completely hassle free. The entire process of getting the car was easy and not at all stressful. We never felt pressured into anything throughout the process. The Dealership it self is beautiful and clean, and the any staff members we worked with were very friendly and easy going. We would come back again! More

Great Dealership to work with! We had 4 or 5 cars that we were considering in our search. Our first stop was Subaru Superstore in Chandler, AZ - it was also our last stop. Our salesman, Charlie Webb, was knowledgeable of the car we test drove. He was patient and covered everything (and with all of the gadgets, there was a lot to cover)! Charlie had us test out many of the features of the car as we were out driving the car and when we came back to test drive one more time, he answered every question we had. The Business Manager, Brent Beck, who presented the extra warranty information wasn't pushy - even when the services presented were declined. And Christine Weber, the Senior Delivery Specialist, was great at giving us another lesson on all of the electronics after we made our purchase. After we've had our car a few weeks, we'll also go back for another class offered on all of the electronics and gadgets - a nice little extra that's offered. Subaru Superstore made the experience of buying a car practically painless. More
