I have been with Dick Norris ever since they opened this dealership. The Norris family and their extended family (meaning the employees) have always been honest and friendly . They keep you informed of what they are doing in the service dept. I just traded in my 2002 GMC envoy with 237000+ miles on it and it was still in good running condition and NO rust. It never need any oil added between changes in all that time. I attribute that to good service by them..
