My experience with Paramount Ford was outstanding! I highly recommend Brent Buff in the sales department! My old 2009 Prius got totaled on 4/1/2022 and I quickly replaced it with a 2016 Prius Eco. Si I highly recommend Brent Buff in the sales department! My old 2009 Prius got totaled on 4/1/2022 and I quickly replaced it with a 2016 Prius Eco. Since then I've been searching for a reasonably priced red 2019 Prius or newer; with heated seats and lower mileage. I saw an ad on the evening of 10/11/2022 and responded online with my information. The next morning Brent Buff contacted me while I was at work. Throughout my workday Brent responded quickly to all my sporadic texts and answered my questions. I drove an hour to the dealer after work and got there 30 minutes before closing time. Brent and Michael Connor were very gracious! I never felt rushed or pressured. 2 hours later we made the trade-in deal and I drove home in my beautiful 2019 Prius XLE AWD-E! Not only did this Prius have heated seats, but also a heated steering wheel! Winter is coming on and I am in heaven! Thank you Brent and Michael for a good deal and of your professionalism and patience. Btw, did I mention the heated seats and steering wheel ;-) More
