From start to finish, everything was great! Brent and the team were great and I didn't feel pressured at all to buy. I was very happy with the overall time and attention I got there when lookin Brent and the team were great and I didn't feel pressured at all to buy. Not Happy with the overall customer service. When I first showed up at the dealership. It took 20 minutes just for someone to come out to the lot to see if they could help me. When I was in the process of closing on the car there was a cost of over 300.00 for some type of protection that they put On the car inside and out that I was not aware of. I told the financial guy about it and Brent but all they said that it was part of the deal. My overall experience with the purchase of the car has not been good at all. Communication is the key. Making sure the customer is satisfied and letting them know what the status is on the car when you take it in for service. Overall experience is not good at all. More
