Great Experience I feel like the real opportunity to give perspective on a customer service experience is when things don't necessarily go as expected. Service visits are supposed to go smoothly so when they do, it's just business as usual. I had a small miscommunication (my fault) that was handled with ease and professionalism and it made the experience that much better.
