Sales and finance associates were great but the dealership policy around putting gas in a purchased vehicle would prevent me from returning or recommending this dealership. We drove over 3 hours to dealership policy around putting gas in a purchased vehicle would prevent me from returning or recommending this dealership. We drove over 3 hours to help my son purchase his dream car. After the purchase my son was informed that the dealership would not fill the purchased car up for his return home and had to take $50 out of his pocket after spending $42k on the car. This in my opinion poor customer service from the dealership. Maybe the owner needs to re-think their policy. It’s not about the money it’s the point that I could have went to a closer dealer and they would appreciate me enough to fill the car up. More
