It was a little confusing at the beginning when the receptionist asked if I had an appointment. I had communicated several times with the dealership and drove 5 hours to get there. After I got past t receptionist asked if I had an appointment. I had communicated several times with the dealership and drove 5 hours to get there. After I got past the receptionist it was great.
