Brent Poling to the rescue! I came in to service my 2016 Corolla and come to find out that I had a little situation with the status of my lease. I was on pace to go over the mile I came in to service my 2016 Corolla and come to find out that I had a little situation with the status of my lease. I was on pace to go over the mileage cap, which meant I was going to end up paying some serious fees. Well, Brent sat down with me and went over all of our options. It was a little nerve wrecking because I wasn't expecting to have to deal with such situation. However, Brent worked his magic AGAIN and we were able to figure everything out. I walked in that morning to service my '16 Corolla and walked out with a 2017 Corolla (Purchase) and with a deal that was very fair. Of course Alesia Durr closed me out and it's always a pleasure to work with her! She makes sure all the I's are dotted and the T's crossed. I love her attention to detail and making sure we understand everything before we walk out of her office. She's also so flexible and understand with people's situations and always puts us in a position to win. I love that about her.
