The new Toyota Highlander was, by far, the best mixture of a smooth ride, comfort, appearance, and features. What really sold us, though, was the knowledge and enthusiasm of our sales rep, Brent. Brent was just as excited as we were about all of the cool new features on the 2016 model. He told us all of the critical details about performance and was also able to answer all of our questions. The dealership was also very nice – It is never fun to fill out the new car paperwork, but an immaculate showroom and a great coffee/cappuccino/cocoa maker made it as painless as possible. More

Best ever! I had been researching the 2016 Tacoma for months! This was the best experience at a dealer EVER! Brent made sure I got what I needed! I test drove I had been researching the 2016 Tacoma for months! This was the best experience at a dealer EVER! Brent made sure I got what I needed! I test drove various models (I had test driven other years elsewhere but they had no 2016s available to drive when I had gone). I was able to go in, test drive, complete the sale within hours. And my visit to service to get agreed upon add-ons was smooth as well! I was very happy to send an "already purchased" email to the local competitors (who had rubbed me the wrong way and were pushy from the get-go).
