Since we have been long time customer's of the Service Department with our other two Toyota's, it was a natural decision to shop for a new vehicle here. Brent Poling is an excellent sales professional and possessed extensive product knowledge. He provided us with a fun shopping experience with his great sense of humor. Brent was polite, informative and patient. He made sure we had everything we needed before we left the dealership. We also had the pleasure to work with Alesia Durr, who made the finance process a breeze. She made sure we understood every step of the process and took time to explain things we needed further clarification. She has a great sense of humor and made us feel at ease. A Great Experience for a first-timer I went into the dealership knowing that I wanted to lease a car since I am a grad student and wanted to keep my payments low.
