I have been in the Automotive Business for over 30 yrs, and have performed many duties including Parts, Sales, Finance Director and General Manager. I have been fortunate to work for reputable organizations during my career. One thing I have learned over the years is that Customer Service is the key to success. That is why I’m excited to be working for O’Daniel Ford. I graduated from Eastside High School and attended IPFW and Taylor University. I enjoy doing activities like hiking, running, boating, playing tennis and mountain biking.

Received an awful deal on a F 250 We saw the truck online and drove to Indiana to buy it. There was no real negotiation on price. Finance person asked me to sign a blank page. We paid cash and felt as if we were rushed through and not taken seriously. Pointed out problems with no offer to fix or guidance on what to do. Spent $700 on what the salesman’s claimed were minor repairs. The truck has a Broken leaf spring within a month of purchase. More

I have been a customer of the O'Daniel's for many years and that trend will continue after my most recent experience at O'Daniel Ford Mitsubishi in Ne I have been a customer of the O'Daniel's for many years and that trend will continue after my most recent experience at O'Daniel Ford Mitsubishi in New Haven. I initially drove onto the lot to gather information about leasing a vehicle since my current car was approaching 100K miles with many payments remaining. Why did I choose O'daniel Ford? The staff at O'Daniel Ford treated my wife so well during her two vehicle transactions there that I started taking my Jeep there for service 2 years ago and was impressed on that end as well. I was able to chat with Doug Taylor about my leasing questions and he explained the entire process and was tremendously helpful in giving me all the information necessary to make a decision without any pressure whatsoever. After our initial conversation, Doug and Sales Manager Brent Swartz crunched numbers and gave me figures on several vehicles. I test drove a couple vehicles and decided on one that fits my needs perfectly. Mike Everson explained financing and we got the paperwork done in minutes. I spoke with Service Manager Mike Lothamer who I've trusted with my family's cars as long as I can remember so I felt comfortable with the entire transaction. At O'Daniel Ford Mitsubishi, each time you drive on to the lot or walk into a showroom, you see the same familiar faces and and that means something in this day and age. I would highly recommend O'Daniel Ford Mitsubishi to anyone looking to buy or lease a car, truck, SUV or commercial vehicle. My wife and I will be back! More

Pleasantly surprised In the past we have had different experiences as far as dealerships go. One thing was always the same. The wait. That wasn’t the case here. We went, found the car we liked, they allowed us to keep it overnight. In the mean time, they worked out all of the financial details so that when we went back in, all we had to do was sign the paperwork and go! To top it off, the vehicle was priced significantly under what comparable vehicles at other vehicles were priced! More

Great Used Car Department! Worked with Kenny Miller to acquire a 2007 SAAB 9-3 Convertible. As an out of state purchaser this required a little extra coordination, and work on his part. To further complicate this, the vehicle was a surprise anniversary gift for my wife, so limited communication. Drove 200+ miles for the test drive and purchase. They added a new battery and tires, and I returned a week later to pick up the well detailed and plated car after hours, Kenny stayed late so we could get the car for a next day surprise. The transaction went off without a hitch due to their extra efforts, and the surprise was accomplished! Thanks for a great transaction! More

They get you what you want! I went in to the dealership knowing what I wanted. I met with Scott and he realized that I was pretty well versed on the options so we got right down I went in to the dealership knowing what I wanted. I met with Scott and he realized that I was pretty well versed on the options so we got right down to it. We talked price... where I wanted to be and searched the inventory they had on the lot. There were a few that were close but not quite what I wanted. So Scott and pulled up the inventory system and started looking around. In well under 2 hours we had gone through all of that and had a truck picked out. I traded in a lease and it all went super smoothly. I couldn't be happier with the job they did! I will be looking here again next time I need to buy! More
