Lots of concerns about how this will work with Covid, who to work with, someone who won't try to "sell" us, or "up-sell" us, and providing us all the space we require to feel comfortable and reducing the stress and pressure of making a purchase. Was this possible? After reading the positive reviews of Anthony at Honda Motor Werks, we walked in and asked for Anthony, never having talked with him prior. When we met him, he did not disappoint us at all! He was extremely patient and attentive throughout our car buying experience. We're talking 6 visits and three test drives! Every interaction with him was stress-free and he never pressured us to make a sale. We appreciated all the test drives (we went back and forth between a Civic and CRV and then between EX and EXL). Anthony was flexible in scheduling our appointments and follow-up phone calls to meet our schedule. He is very knowledgeable on all things Honda and gave us great tidbits on each car model we looked at. We never felt pressured to make a purchase! Our negotiations were friendly. We were concerned about added pressure at the closing, and once again, none. Anthony honored our time commitments (being out the door by 11:00 am), and the final paperwork was handled by Anthony and Brent, good people treating others with respect. A welcome surprise! We highly recommend Anthony at Motor Werks Honda for your next car purchase if you want an easy-going positive experience. P.S. If Starbucks is your thing, you'll be pleasantly surprised. More
