This is my first time buying from Peninsula and I was very pleased. I have previously owned 2 Subaru's. Bret let me test drive the car over several roads at different speeds and terrain. He explained all the amenities and what they did, When I picked up the car, he drove to Poulsbo to pick me up and take me to get the car. Then he spent an hour going over all the things in the car, personalizing the screen, Bluetooth, radio etc. He invited me to come back in a few weeks to go over the "Love-Encore" program and set up the first oil change. I have already referred 5 friends to you, I told them when they are ready to buy to ask for Bret. Thanks for all your help Bret. I really appreciate all your help and service. More

This was the least painful car buying experience I am writing this review about Peninsula Subaru and more specifically our Sales contact Bret Johnson. This was the least painful car buying experience I have been a part of, and candidly was surprisingly easy. Granted I leveraged the Costco Auto Buying Program for my wife's new 2019 Subaru Ascent, but Bret and his colleagues were very clear and prompt with their support / explanations. Bret even took the time to take us on an extended test drive where both my wife and I were able to test drive the vehicle we ultimately purchased a few days later. Even the dreaded Finance portion of the experience was handled professionally by D.J. Overall a positive experience that will likely drive repeat business. More

Great dealership with great people! I just recently bought a new Outback Limited. I knew that the car was my dream car. What I wasn't expecting was that buying the car would be my dream I just recently bought a new Outback Limited. I knew that the car was my dream car. What I wasn't expecting was that buying the car would be my dream car buying experience. I have never liked going through the dealership process, ever. Boy, was this experience different. Bret Johnson was outstanding to work with! He was personable, knowledgable, and straightforward without ever making me feel pressured or uncomfortable in any way. Nick Dionas was the same in financing. All in all, I actually had a great time in the buying process and I am incredibly happy with my purchase. I would recommend Peninsula Subaru to anyone looking to buy a new car and I will be back myself when the time comes to get another one! More

Fast and Friendly Service I contacted Bret with a price match request for the new Subaru we had picked out. Not only was he able to match the price he was able to get the car I contacted Bret with a price match request for the new Subaru we had picked out. Not only was he able to match the price he was able to get the car the next day! It actually took us a few days to come in to finish the deal since we don't live close to the dealership. Bret actually coordinated his schedule with mine to pick me up and bring me into the dealership for the deal (turns out he lives very close to where we live so I'm sure we can't expect this service for every sale). Fast and friendly service and his team made the process easy to understand. The only think I wish went differently was the financial part of the deal where they offered me something I hadn't yet considered, the extended service plan. It seems like a very reasonable deal but I didn't like having such a short time to consider the options. I wish this was presented prior to the final moments of the deal. I would have like to have a day or two to think it over. I just didn't even think about this since I just don't purchase new cars very often. This was a minor issue really in the grand scheme. Overall fantastic experience. I would go see Bret and the Peninsula Subaru team again for sure! More
