After months of dreadful car shopping, we felt so lucky to have ended up at this dealership. We had a wonderful experience and were so impressed by the staff. I purchased a 2014 Honda Odyssey at this dealership in March 2021. My experience was very bad. I took the van to a Honda dealer to change oil/perform regular checks right after my purchase. The Honda d March 2021. My experience was very bad. I took the van to a Honda dealer to change oil/perform regular checks right after my purchase. The Honda dealer told me that the steering rack was leaking and needed replacement (quoted at approx. $1,500). I went back to Audi Coral Springs and had an extensive email exchange with their manager trying to understand why they are selling cars that have blatant mechanical problems and trying to get the van fixed by them. I am not a mechanic--I can't diagnose the car on the spot when test driving--this is the reason I go for the brand thinking that they will stand behind the products they sell. But, of course, these guys did not want to do good here and they don't care about their reputation. They don't check used cars they get (or they do but pass on blatant mechanical issues to their customers) and obviously don't disclose any problems. They simply say "Sold as is." This is bad business. I do not recommend doing business with them. I will never bring my business to them ever. More
