My note of thanks to Bret Petersen and his team: I wanted to let you know how much I appreciated your willingness to work with me to secure a leasing My note of thanks to Bret Petersen and his team: I wanted to let you know how much I appreciated your willingness to work with me to secure a leasing arrangement that would accommodate my budgetary requirements. I especially wanted to let you know that my experience with Bob Day and Kimo was excellent. Bob was the perfect low-key salesman for me, and both he and Kimo patiently answered all of my questions and concerns about leasing. Bob continues to respond to questions and needs as they arise, and I couldn't be more pleased with his personable, respectful, and good-natured style. Kimo also went the extra mile to ensure that my concerns were addressed and I felt comfortable with the arrangement. I loved my 1997 Honda Civic and was heartbroken when it became clear that I could no longer afford the rising cost of repairs when the cat converter failed recently and a transmission rebuild was looming. I honestly didn't think I would be able to lease or buy a new car, so I was stunned when Kimo offered leasing terms I could accept. Having a reliable car with low miles and no major repairs or maintenance required for several thousand miles is such a relief, especially since I'm a long-distance caregiver and need to drive to Virginia two or more times a year to check on my 92-year-old mom who is living in a memory-care facility. Over the past two years, my Honda had several breakdowns on the road between Virginia and Colorado, along with expensive repairs, and I knew I just couldn't continue making that long trip with a twenty-year-old car. So thank you for working with me to find the right solution for my situation! More

The sales staff, owners, finance and shop personnel are outstanding. Each staff member that I was in contact with answered my questions, were patient as I made various decisions and presented a fair and honest assessment of my trade-in and the new car pricing. The time spent was as expected and the staff does their best to make things efficient and speedy, even though there is always a ton of paperwork to get through. The actual dealership venue is nice and clean, all of the staff are exceptionally nice and courteous. Cannot say enough about how outstanding Freedom Honda is as a dealership. I definitely feel like the entire staff has my best interests in mind and will be there in the future should I have any questions or concerns. Professional all the way!!!
