This was our second new car from Pappas and Ryan could sense that. So it was very non pushy and easy from start to finish on a car Ryan tracked down (being built). We waited 4 weeks before the car would be ready. What I was impressed with was how much he new of the instruments in the in the new car. I already had a car with the same instrument panel but my wife was a little more unfamiliar with it. Ryan was awesome at breaking everything down and going through every option on that car. Kudos Ryan!! More
