This was my 2cd visit since Napleton took over the dealership. Both visits were for oil change and tire rotation. Both times the tires were not rotated but I was charged for the service. I no longer trust their service department to do the work requested. Everyone else at the dealership were very friendly and helpful and I have no complaints about them but in the future I will not have any service performed at this dealership and will probably not purchase a vehicle there. More

Traveled from out of state. The dealership had a at least 5 hours to get the car ready for purchase as we indicated our arrival time over the phone and our intent to buy the car The dealership had a at least 5 hours to get the car ready for purchase as we indicated our arrival time over the phone and our intent to buy the car. When we arrived it was as if we had not called ahead. NOTHING was ready. The car was still on the display ramps and had no gas. The car was not cleaned. Although new, it was dusty inside. They ran the car through their car wash, but did nothing else. When it came to the price, it was over $1500 higher than the quoted price over the phone. Watch for hidden fees for anti-theft and rust protection which was not disclosed over the phone or on the website. Apparently these add-ons are automatically done on every new car. If that is the case, then they should know and advertise them accordingly. We ended up buying the car only because it was one of just a few remaining as Chevy discontinued the premier Malibu at the end of 2022. The only highlight was the finance department. They were able to work quickly in order to get us back on the road for our 5 hour drive home. More
