Service was great. Your waiting area was clean and comfortable. Your employees kind and helpful. My only complaint is that it was a lot longer wait time than usual. I took my Truck to the dealership because I received a safety recall. The person who took my appointment confirmed that issue would take a long time to fix and the latest I could make an appointment would safety recall. The person who took my appointment confirmed that issue would take a long time to fix and the latest I could make an appointment would be 2:30pm. I added oil change and tire rotation (Cost $83.64) since the I was already going to be there for the safety recall. When finished, all that was finished was oil change and tire rotation and was told that safety recall parts were not available. I CALL BAIT AND SWITCH AND I WOULD HAVE TAKEN TO MY LOCAL AUTO SERVICE COMPNAY (St Marys) AND WOULD HAVE PAID A LOT LESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
