Overall satisfaction with how fast I was able to get my vehicle in for an oil change. Only frustration is before I submitted online for my appt, I tried calling multiple times to the service dept and Lisa vehicle in for an oil change. Only frustration is before I submitted online for my appt, I tried calling multiple times to the service dept and Lisa would not answer or call me back. After I got my appt set up online, I got several emails asking me to confirm my appt. After I confirmed I tried reaching out to Regina on how much it would cost and how long it would take and she never responded. Once I got to the dealership, Brett tried telling me I would need my tired rotated since I have a CRV and they are rough on the tires, I opted out. I just purchased this vehicle in April of this year and I still have not put 10,000 miles on it. I will say I didn't wait too long and I am overall happy with the service and price. More
