Great Experience! I was sold a 2015 Chevy Sonic RS from Brett Estes, and it was an amazing experience. Being able to purchase my second car from an actual dealership wa I was sold a 2015 Chevy Sonic RS from Brett Estes, and it was an amazing experience. Being able to purchase my second car from an actual dealership was perfect. I had a major upgrade from my 2002 Chevy Cavalier. I feel like a new person! Brett worked with me to help find a car that I would be comfortable in and proud of. I had never been to Stoops before, but I always see their decals on the bumpers of cars all around Muncie! Being a Ball State commuter, I need a reliable car that can get me to and from school. That is exactly what I got! Thank you to everyone at Stoops for the experience! I highly recommend going to Stoops, even if you are not sure what you want, need, or can afford! More

Easiest buying experience I found the SUV I was interested in online and had been pre-approved by my bank that had financed my two previous auto loans. I had just started my search and wasn’t expecting to drive away with my new SUV that day, but Stoops was able to meet all my financial requirements and even got me a better rate than my own bank, which saved me time and money. I have purchased cars through stoops several times so naturally I called Dale. Due to timing and Dales great commitment to his family he was unable to physically be at the dealership. We communicated over the phone and he scheduled a time for Brett to help us with a test drive and get the paperwork started. Together they got us a great deal in a great time! They were fun to work with and both listened to our needs and delivered on their promises! Love the fact they worked together as a team! More
