After the paperwork settled from the accident with insurance, gap (always buy it!), and the lender we were looking at another Elantra around the same year/mileage. Unfortunately the car was sold a few days prior (congratulations to the new owner of it by the way) and we originally were going to just put some money down and have Stoops find us another Hyundai Elantra but Brett made the suggestion of checking out the lot to see if he could help us out that day. We looked at a few cars, kicked a few tires so to speak, and ended up with a 2012 Nissan Maxima. Would've you know it, this car is sharp! All the bells, whistles, and a few doodads too. Now, I pay my Buick off in about 7 months from a different dealer but we've been done right twice now by Stoops and particularly by Mr. Estes. I do believe we shall return in about 7 or 8 months when my Buick is paid off and buy something else if finance circumstances allow More

First time buyer This is the first time I have gone through the process of buying a car. I was in a lease with a different car manufacture and I was not happy with tha This is the first time I have gone through the process of buying a car. I was in a lease with a different car manufacture and I was not happy with that company. My car insurance agent recommended I talk with Brett at Stoops, and he was amazing. Not only was he knowledgeable about the car, he had the vehicle ready for me as soon as I got to the dealership and he went through every inch of that car. He is very easy going and doesnt make you feel pressured into anything! I met with Bret two days in a row, both of which ended up going padt closing time, yet he never made me feel rushed. I also met with Chris to go over my paperwork. It was already past her time to go home for the evening, yet she stayed and helped me get all of my paperwork taken care of and took extra time to be sure I understood what I was signing. All in all, a great experience! Couldn't be happier! More

Wasn't quite sure if we were going to trade the care in or keep it BUT our salesman Mr. Brett Estes gave us a lot more than we expected on our trade-in. Introduced us to a few vehicles in the pouring rain. Later he brought one inside for us to look at more closely. My wife is now the proud owner of a 2017 Chevy Equinox. Happy wife, happy life. The paperwork which I thought would take forever was quick and painless thanks to Chris in financing. Thank you Brett, Chris and the whole Stoops gang for making our needs complete! More

Best Experience Ever! I dealt with Brett E and he was amazing! I was really worried about looking for a car (first car purchase) because of how much can go into it. I broug I dealt with Brett E and he was amazing! I was really worried about looking for a car (first car purchase) because of how much can go into it. I brought some people with me to help out as they had just purchased a car themselves and wanted them there for advise. I didn’t need to worry about anything while working with Brett as he was very straightforward with the whole thing! He walked me through the everything once I told him what I was looking for. He was very good about me knowing all of the features of the car that I was looking at and all of my financial options as well. He paired with Michelle from the finance department and I have never experienced something like this with such ease. I didn’t have to worry about anything and they made sure that I was leaving with what I was looking for with the price I was looking for! Thank you to Stoops Automotive in Muncie for making my experience a blast for someone like me who was worried and nervous walking in the door. :) More
