Always a Great Experience For more than seven years now, every person I've ever dealt with at Luther Fiat & Alfa Romeo has always been a pleasure. They aren't just people "doi For more than seven years now, every person I've ever dealt with at Luther Fiat & Alfa Romeo has always been a pleasure. They aren't just people "doing their jobs"; they go far beyond merely being professionals — they're invested in their business, and genuinely nice people. The car business can be nerve-wracking. Buying, trading or getting your vehicle serviced or repaired usually isn't high on a person's list of "fun things to do", but these people actually make it pleasant. I've never said that kind of thing about any other dealership except this one. If they were asked to write a review of me it might sound like this: 'Here he comes again, always claiming he's old and crabby, as usual, but he's always smiling when he comes in, and smiling when he leaves." I already miss the car I traded in, but I'm sure enjoying the new-to-me car I drove off with. Thanks to each and all of you! More

license plate mounting. I think I spent about two hours at dealership which should have taken 1 hour. when I got home 170 miles found out license plate brackets were not inst I think I spent about two hours at dealership which should have taken 1 hour. when I got home 170 miles found out license plate brackets were not installed. they were in hatchback in package. How can you remedy situation without me returning to dealership. I will not drive 370 miles round trip. This is the front brackets. More

Subpar, rushed, but slow Transaction took way too long, but felt rushed to get it done...Edward kept referencing that he wanted to get out of the car dealer by 5 pm so he coul Transaction took way too long, but felt rushed to get it done...Edward kept referencing that he wanted to get out of the car dealer by 5 pm so he could go home and have a beer! The financing was a joke. My hubby is self-employed & the bank required more documents than when we purchased our house! We have excellent credit. When we did give them the docs, the financing dept. was in no hurry to finalize the paperwork. Edward was going back and forth between us and another lady there. They just ran the car through a car wash & didn’t clean the footprint on the carpet & just covered it up with a floor mat. They also only gave us a 3/4 tank of gas...so, I said what? And Edward sent me out a gift card for $30. It took over 4 hours to purchase the vehicle cause they have no staff there!! More
