This time it was different: I could not be happier and can only highly recommend Alfa Romeo of Minneapolis. First of all: I am located about 4 hours from them, meaning that all negotiation should happen by email. No problems at all: they offered a very good price for a special order and were honest from the start, with no pressure at all. Brett was really straight forward on what could and what could not be done, on the estimates for the arrival, price and lease offers. The car came on time and they prepared the paperwork for me in advance, in order I did not have to spend ANY time in the F&I office. Just flew in MSP and came back home driving my new car. Johnny was great during the delivery and did not mind spending a good hour explaining all the features of the new Giulia. Overall, my smoothest and most satisfying car buying experience. I hope to do business with them again! More
