Having filled out the form it was only a matter of hours before Dianne contacted me, she guided me through the process while all the time keeping me up to date and never leaving me in the dark. After only a couple of days I was in the dealership speaking to Brett, who is one of the best salesman I've had dealings with, he kept me informed at all times, he explained everything to me step by step, was very knowledgeable about the ford product. Jason the led me through the financing package explaining everything there was to explain so I didn't feel out of pocket or as though I was being ripped off. He found the right package for me and my budget and I appreciate all his, Brett's and Diane's work during the whole process. More

I am a return customer, Judge, and Martin helped me last year in getting me into my Jeep liberty. They were a great help to me then. Quick, painless and professional. That pretty much sums up my experience with Brett and Blayne. What can I say, everything about the purchase of my car went so smoothly I have no complaints whatsoever. Brett Holloway was approachable, friendly, polite, professional, knowledgeable, very helpful, promp went so smoothly I have no complaints whatsoever. Brett Holloway was approachable, friendly, polite, professional, knowledgeable, very helpful, prompt, great follow through on what he says he will do, I.e. prepare vehicle, return calls, etc I didn't feel I was being talked into something I didn't want. Brett took the time to explain all the options for 2013 Escape and the different models I.e. S, SE, SEL, TITANIUM. He was such a big help, for example I thought I needed to to be in a certain model to get the options I had to have but Brett explained everything so well and printed off any and all information I requested and showed me how I could get all the options I " had to have" in a fiscally respectable fashion and end up in a vehicle I fell in love with. I felt very comfortable asking him all of my many questions, I would and WILL definitely recommend Brett Holloway to anyone. Blayne Morrow was great in explaining different options for warranty etc and I feel, gave me a very fair and decent price for my trade in - again a very professional approachable easy man to talk to and deal with. Dave Miller was fantastic making sure the transaction was quick and easy. Dave as well, was so friendly and knowledgeable, and made me feel as if I could have stayed and chatted with him for hours. He explained every aspect of the financing and all the paperwork thoroughly and in a manner that was very easy to understand - thank you for that Dave!!! When I went in to sign the papers he had everything in order and ready for me to sign- quick , no hassle easy as pie. Everyone in the dealership was so friendly and introduced themselves it was just 5 star service all the way I will definitely be recommending a friend and will be purchasing my next vehicle from Capital Ford Lincoln in Regina. This dealership is leaps and bounds above any dealership I have ever dealt with. Each time I came in to the dealership the gal at the desk was also very friendly and helpful. In addition neither Brett, Blayne or Dave made me wait very long. One just feels good in this dealership thanks to the awesome professional friendly staff. Brett, Dave and Blayne left me with an almost envious feeling, as it was very clear that they loved working here, My husband and I actually discussed how awesome it must be to really enjoy and love your place of work as these folks obviously do. Truly it is enviable. I have no negative comments except Brett cheers for LaRonge in the SJHL and not my beloved Notre Dame Hounds and Dave...well Dave cheers for the Habs!!!
