Brett met us just after we arrived at the facility. He was helpful in narrowing down the search. It was a pretty cold day and he prepared two vehicles for test drive. He didn't over sell. There was no pressure. He was able to answer all our questions. Even though the model with the right colour was not on the lot, before the end of the day, he contacted us to say they had located a vehicle which they could get through dealer transfer. This was a great car buying experience. More

My overall experience with ford lincoln has been very very good, my sales rep Brett Holloway has done a fantastic job on putting me in the nicest ford 150 i've ever driven. Shortly afterwards he picked out a perfect car for my daughter that i had described to him over the phone and also fulfilled my mothers dreams of a new f 150. The ford team has done an excellent job and we are looking forward to doing much more business with them in the future. & thumbs up to Martin Kaytor for doing a fantasic job in the finance department! Went into ford dealership monday january 7th to look at a car. We called ahead of time to give a description of a perfect car that suits us, brett had the perfect car picked out in less than a day. I fell in car. We called ahead of time to give a description of a perfect car that suits us, brett had the perfect car picked out in less than a day. I fell in love with the ford focus he had picked out. Martin kaytor was busy on the phone all day trying to make it possible for us to get the car. We waited a few hours around the dealership where everyone was friendly and helpful and then we got the good news after thinking that we weren't going to be able to get the car! It was a long day waiting but so worth it, they put so much work into makoing their costumers happy and its greatly appriciated by me and my entire family as we only buy our cars/trucks from their dealership. Very impressed with their work and friendliness and I think they should be rewarded, or at least know how well liked and appriciated they both are! More

this dealership was very impressive, keeping in constant contact with us through out the day as we got things done, tehy made sure we were comfortable, did through check on vehicles, listened to us and gave contact with us through out the day as we got things done, tehy made sure we were comfortable, did through check on vehicles, listened to us and gave us what we wanted, took the time to show vehicles, select the best one for us and take good care of our needs durign the stay, before leaving we had arrangements made for next visit to office and vehicle service all set up . no high pressure sales talk and they all wen tout of their way to service us with what we wanted. this is hte best dealership we have been to and we are long term Ford people. More

My introduction to Capital Ford Lincoln began with a simple e-mail one night after I seen a truck on their website that interested me. Dianne Smith (Internet Product Specialist) contacted me shortly aft simple e-mail one night after I seen a truck on their website that interested me. Dianne Smith (Internet Product Specialist) contacted me shortly after and we had a discussion about the truck and she provided me with a bi weekly payment quote at this time. I had some additional questions regarding the truck and Dianne introduced me to Blayne Morrow (Sales Manager). Blayne provided me with some additional details about the truck and again worked with me to provide a bi weekly payment quote. After my discussion with Blayne I now had to travel 800 kms. to Regina to view the truck and to meet him in person. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by several friendly employees who guided me to Blayne who introduced me to Brett Holloway (Product Specialist). Brett escorted me to the service area where the truck was sitting in doors after just being washed (nice touch)it looked awesome. Brett suggested we take the truck out for a test drive and during this time he explained in detail all the accessories and how to operate them. He actually set up a few as well which I appreciated. When we arrived back at the dealership I was introduced to Dave Miller (Business Office Manager). Dave assisted me with developing a bi weekly payment plan that worked for me. Dave was very thorough when explaining the breakdown of the total cost of the truck which I really appreciated. There were no surprises and no hidden cost associated with the purchase of the truck which again Dave provided to me. In closing I would personally like to thank Cam and his staff member listed above in assisting me in the purchase of my first (hopefully not last) new truck. In the future you can be guaranteed that if I know someone interested in purchasing a vehicle that I will be recommending CAPITAL FORD LINCOLN as the dealer of choice. Thanks Dagtoff More
