She immediately offered me a drink of water and a seat to wait for Matthew Hollings. Matthew did an outstanding job allowing me to view the Q3 right off the truck. He ensure I understood each step and kept me company while going through the process. He is a top notch salesman! Ricardo the finance person was detailed and explained everything. I don’t want to forget about Bret he was the first person I spoke to and he got me in the door. I just wanted to tell you that the Dallas Audi is World Class and I enjoyed the experience. It’s easy to compare them to other Audi dealerships in the area and clearly see how much better Audi Dallas is in every cate Audi Dallas excels here. It’s easy to compare them to other Audi dealerships in the area and clearly see how much better Audi Dallas is in every category, but even looking at them as a business, not as a car dealership, they raise the bar. My salesperson, Epi, was genuinely interested in my needs and wants. In making a hard decision between two vastly different Audis, he asked a ton of questions and got to know me, helping me consider the pros and cons of each and thinking long term, beyond the “shiny and new” phase. When dealing with Brett on negotiations, I felt Audi Dallas was working with me, not against me, in getting a deal that worked with my budget. They were transparent in every step and I never felt I was being sold to - I felt like I was joining a family. Ricardo in finance was tenacious in helping me solidify my finance option, again being transparent the entire time. I cannot speak highly enough of Audi Dallas. The quality of Audi is enough to make you never want another car, but Audi Dallas goes above and beyond in making you never want to leave their family. More

While I love my new car, the GSM was not pleasant to work with. He was abrasive, disrespectful, and condescending. Additionally, the person we worked with in finance lied to us about pricing. It appears that others have had more pleasant experiences than I, so I am hopeful that future interactions during my 3-year lease will be more enjoyable. More
