We were able to test drive without escorts, there was no pressure, no steering. Amber listened to what we asked and was very personable. She gave us the time we needed to discuss between ourselves purchasing the 'fun car' or the 'practical car' and how to buy them both (which we did). The finance guy (Ryan) was very thorough and explained everything and found us a good rate so we could drive the 'fun car' home that day. Brett was a very personable but professional manager and had good relationship with everyone. We would highly recommend this dealership to our friends and family....hands down! The Whole Team is Superb I bought my new car in July 2014, there was a factory recall that needed to be fixed. I set my appointment and also needed an oil change. I sat in their Customer Lounge used their Guest WIFI and did my work while my car was being taken care of. Everyone greeted me and asked if I needed anything else while I was waiting. I bought the car from JR in July so we chatted about a used car for my daughter, I picked out what I thought she would love and they let me drive it to her. If it would not have been a 5 speed we would have purchased it but she was nervous about driving a stick. We will be back!!! More

The "Buy Happy" program is awesome, giving us 3 years worth of oil changes at no cost and unlimited car washes for as long as we own the vehicle. They always give us a fair price for our trade in, and often times even more than what we thought we would get. Brett Kramer is awesome and on our latest purchase, he and Thomas Bobertz helped us find a vehicle that worked better for our financing and that we liked more than the original vehicle that we went in to look at!
