We were able to test drive without escorts, there was no pressure, no steering. Amber listened to what we asked and was very personable. She gave us the time we needed to discuss between ourselves purchasing the 'fun car' or the 'practical car' and how to buy them both (which we did). The finance guy (Ryan) was very thorough and explained everything and found us a good rate so we could drive the 'fun car' home that day. Brett was a very personable but professional manager and had good relationship with everyone. We would highly recommend this dealership to our friends and family....hands down! I sat in their Customer Lounge used their Guest WIFI and did my work while my car was being taken care of. Everyone greeted me and asked if I needed anything else while I was waiting. I bought the car from JR in July so we chatted about a used car for my daughter, I picked out what I thought she would love and they let me drive it to her. If it would not have been a 5 speed we would have purchased it but she was nervous about driving a stick. We will be back!!! More
