If the staff at Spitzer Buick GMC Parma accommodate 30% of the potential car shoppers that walk through their doors with the same thoughtful efficie If the staff at Spitzer Buick GMC Parma accommodate 30% of the potential car shoppers that walk through their doors with the same thoughtful efficient service and kindest patience they’ve shown me, there would be a line of customers tailing outside the front door and around the building for the opportunity to repeat for them my same experience in purchasing my new 2024 GMC Acadia Denali. It’s my belief, when a customer is in the market for a new or pre-certified vehicle, he or she is also in the market for a dealership “home.” The staff at Spitzer Buick GMC Parma has fulfilled and surpassed my expectations in my search for both. A car buyer can purchase a car from anywhere, but he or she would be missing out on so much more if they wouldn’t at least make a visit to this dealership.
