Made appointment to have trans cooling bypass valve replaced, arrived for appointment told it would be about an hour. Over an hour later Dominic comes out and tells me that they don’t have the part eve replaced, arrived for appointment told it would be about an hour. Over an hour later Dominic comes out and tells me that they don’t have the part even though they supposedly had part on hold for my appointment. Then he tells me it’s back ordered, he could order an assembly and remove the part and return the rest. He would call me the following week. Still haven’t heard from him weeks later. I have called and left unreturned messages. I called another dealer and they have the part in stock. More
