My name is Brett Mathis. I have been a Service Advisor for over 6 years now and with Ford for 2 years. I really enjoy my job working for Sunset Ford & Ford Motor Company because it is a line of vehicles I most enjoy, especially Mustangs. Mustang are an area I feel most confident in and enjoy helping customers learn and understand what upgrades are most suitable for the customer’s expectations. I personally own 4 fords including a 1951 Ford Tudor. Last year, I became a Master Certified Service Advisor since I have been here with Sunset Ford. I was born and raised in Saint Louis and proud to work for a dealership that has been in business for over 100 years!

Service tech was disingenuous. I made an appointment for oil change.. He failed to make the appointment. When I showed up for appointment he told I had wait .. two hours later I left. No oil change. I called the new car sales people to buy a new car they had on the lot. Never returned the the call , bought it elsewhere... Sunset doesn’t care about long-standing customers.... More

Had appointment for an oil change. Car was serviced and I was leaving in just over an hour. Great service all the way around! Charge was more than expected so assume Have raised it a great deal. I came in to have a factory defect repaired on my 2018 F150 (leaking rear window) told out of warranty not covered. Should be fixed regardless as it is not a warranty issue, but a factory defect.
