Two hour oil change. I went in for an oil change. After an hour I find out that there's a recall on a part on my vehicle. The lady told me it would be a another 30 minut I went in for an oil change. After an hour I find out that there's a recall on a part on my vehicle. The lady told me it would be a another 30 minutes but it turned out to be another hour. They put courtesy car wash on my invoice but did not wash my car. I have called them numerous times but everytime I hear "no one is available". More
