We had purchase a vehicle from Beaver Toyota in St Augustine so we didn't hesitate to visit the Chevy dealership in Jacksonville when we considered replacing our Tahoe. She "Loves" her Tahoe so off we went. These are expensive and we just weren't sure, new or used or not at all. Micah Brooks, our Product Specialist (Sales Rep} was extremely helpful. Knowledgeable, professional, and enthusiastic he worked hard with the staff to select just the right vehicle, address our concerns {price, trade allowance, maintenance & financing) and put things together to make a deal happen. Wow, what a great group of people to work with in a family friendly low pressure environment. From the time you walk in the door meeting the exceptionally friendly and helpful receptionist you feel their desire to make you a part of their family. Just like our previous "Wowsome" experience. At this point not "WOWED" Took the car in at 10:00 am for a two hour service. Called at 3:00 pm to see if it was ready and it had not been touched.
