AMAZING and smooth experience for my first car purchase! Today I went to East Hills Jeep to lease a car through the Costco auto program. This was my first car purchase so I was nervous since I've never dealt with car salesman, but excited. Rob and Brett were able to help me find a 2017 Jeep Compass with all the bells and whistles at a price range I could afford. I was surprised at how easy it was to agree on a price that worked for my budget. Rob was also very honest about any fees or miscellaneous things that could affect the price we agreed on. Rob was also very informative in regards to the vehicle, lease agreement, and insurance. I then spoke to Arnie who was also very friendly! He was very straight forward in regards to the coverages that would be beneficial for the vehicle I was leasing. He was also able to keep any additions in coverages in my price range. Overall, it was an amazing experience from start to finish. I highly recommend East Hills dealership for anyone looking to purchase or lease a car. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. They're doing an outstanding job over there. I'm extremely happy with my purchase! More

Refused to honor Truecar price Call this dealership on phone when I got my Truecar price. Said they honored Truecar internet pricing. Test drove the car, ready to buy. Kept us there Call this dealership on phone when I got my Truecar price. Said they honored Truecar internet pricing. Test drove the car, ready to buy. Kept us there for HOURS wheeling and dealing which I hate,. In the end they refused to honor the Truecar price. After we walked they even sent me an email to return to honor the price so I came back and they still refused to honor the price. Waste of time. They are in the Truecar program but belong to the 5 percent shady dealerships that just sign up with Truecar to get you in the door then refuse to honor the price given. FYI ALL 4 OTHER dealerships in the area honored the Truecar price WITHOUT haggling or anything. Of course I purchased my new vehicle at one of them - no problems!!. So if you get a good price on the TRUECAR don't bother here. Can't recommend due to shady buisness dealings More

However, stay away from Greg Leonardo - had a simple question about returning my Jeep to finance leasing company and since I wasn't getting another Jeep, he couldn't care less about my question. Told me I had to speak to the manager so I asked to be transferred, he replied with "it doesn't work like that bro, you gotta come down here" eventually the conversation ended with him saying "I had enough of this" and hungup. Spoke to manager Brett Newman and he helped answer my question in minutes by just looking up my lease sticker. Also, the service department is terrible - there were multiple recalls on my car, which is not East Hills fault at all, but they did not help accommodate the process for receiving the fix at all. They kept my car for a week to fix one squeaky noise in the steering wheel with some lube. More

Ingrid sanchez reached out to me by both email and phone within the hour and wa I was referred to jeep wrangler through the Costco car buying program. Ingrid sanchez reached out to me by both email and phone within the hour and was very helpful with scheduling a day to come see and drive the cars. Greg Leonardo met me at the door and took me through the different options of wrangler and worked with me to figure out exactly which jeep I wanted. He was then able to locate that exact jeep in his inventory and coordinate it's delivery to the dealership. He then called Brett Newman over who was able to give me a great price for the car which no other jeep dealership was able to match. The well oiled machine at east hills jeep allowed me to go from looking for a car to driving away with the car of my dreams in two weeks with no hassle at all and at a price which was LITERALLY UNBEATABLE. I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to buy a jeep. More

From their incredibly welcoming front staff to their managers and service writer (Kevin Chang) I was treated with the upmost respect and professionalism. Kevin Chang informed me multiple times a day on my truck progress and was dead on accurate on when I would receive my truck back. Loaner car was provided until the work on my truck was completed. Service and repairs performed exceeded my expectations, I'm extremely happy I chose Easthills Chrysler/jeep and would recommended it to everyone!! More
