I felt I could get a better deal elsewhere and in fact went to a number of other Ram dealerships seeking the same product. The level of service and cost elsewhere did not compare to Greg at East Hills Dodge. I returned to Greg who again had the best deal, took the time to work with me (and Manager Brett and calculate my driving mileage and which mileage package would be best and more cost effective to fit my needs. On the finance side Arnie was straight forward and quite helpful. He was respectful of the process and the dollars keeping an eye out for circumstances of today and three years form now. Solid citizen, great guy you would love to have a beer with! Good job Greg, You have earned my respect and my business. More

Once again, no pressure, they did not push me to take something from their stock or to settle on anything., When my old van completely broke down, they worked so hard with their large contact list to find me a van right away and they managed to get me nearly the exact van i was looking for! Marvin was my salesmen and he was a pleasure. I also spoke with Brett and he was very helpful in giving me different options with buying vs leasing. I was looking to trade in my old jeep Cherokee and buy a new wrangler. Marvin was very helpful in finding the perfect car for me. Even after my visit Marvin was avaliable for emails and calls when I had questions. He even sat with me in the car and help me figure out all the new settings. Horrible Service When we got the call to come in that our car was ready we live about 20 minutes away. We go there and had to wait (with a 3 year old) close to 3 hour When we got the call to come in that our car was ready we live about 20 minutes away. We go there and had to wait (with a 3 year old) close to 3 hours. Finally, we were told to leave and they would deliver car. When they delivered car it was the wrong model. We had to go through the process again with paperwork etc., Last Wednesday we dropped off for "check engine light" that keeps going on.. They gave us a loaner car full of bird poop, dog hair filled inside and someones briefcase was left in the car. the girl says " don't worry YOU are not responsible for the cleanliness".... on that note we went thru car wash, returned the briefcase to owner who says he called dealer to ask if they found it and was told no... Upon return of vehicle a week later they took 40 minutes to bring out my car. They said it was buried because it was there that long. I called constantly for my car and was told it was not ready due to holiday - how was it buried??? I will travel a little further next time because customer service is what counts. They are the worst!! More
