My experience I was impressed with the respect shown to me. I was a Sunday shopper just to avoid the " less than helpful used car salesman" situation. Yet, upon overcoming this common fear I did approach the O'Daniel's team. Once I approached the dealership, not only did the Sales Manager Eric welcomed me and he introduced me to Brett that was more than willing to help and listen. One dealership ( Kelly Cadillac Used car lot ) was so rude, and told me that "some people are just not in our budget" He did not even know my budget. I believe that This Cash Buyer would not have bought from them even if I wanted the vehicle. I was treated with respect and genuine concern. The ODaniel's team wanted to help me find and compare my options. I believe my "Mini" hardtop along with ODaniel's were the best choice. More

Our cells were ringing from dealers across the street as we looked at used vehicles at O'Daniel's. We were given time to look in windows and sit in seats for fit before anyone even came out to ask how we we we looked at used vehicles at O'Daniel's. We were given time to look in windows and sit in seats for fit before anyone even came out to ask how we were. No pressures and hassles at all. We were there 1/2 hr before closing on a Friday and drove one vehicle. We were prepared to come back to look on Monday and were not pressured to stay, or go, but were offered other vehicles to drive. Our phones rang again as, "someone is looking at the vehicle you are interested in" and "I am leaving on vacation at 5:00" and "We can give you $3,000 for your van. Sorry, only $2,100. Wait, now $5,000", etc. NOT SO AT O'DANIEL. There was no pressure and Brett was very personable and respectful. He asked us questions and gave suggestions well beyond closing time. We were also treated very well by Shaylene Stevens. She helped us with our financing and explained everything in terms we could understand. She went over our credit scores and helped us fill out paperwork to get a car loan. We were able to trade in our van with a single dollar value that did not fluctuate as the deal progressed and left with a used vehicle warranty. The shop was closed by the time we were finished so I had to return for the free detailing and 5 gallons of gas. When I did, I had already broken the driver's seat by hooking my shoe on the side panel and detaching it from the seat. When Brett drove it for me, he had the repair of the seat done without my asking and at no charge. I also noticed a windshield ding from a stone that I had not noticed before and (Safelite?) was there to fill it in during the detailing. I could have been charged for the after sale issues of the seat and the window but was not. We agree with Shaylene's commented about Brett's integrity and desire to serve us. She said that they strive to not just sell us a vehicle but to provide the servicing of it and to help us with future vehicles. Everyone at O'Daniel was very professional and we felt so comfortable there we will not only recommend them but will return for future vehicles. If you need a vehicle, say Terri and Larry sent you. More
