This dealership refused to do the process for a lease end buy out. KIA financial said your closest KIA dealership can do the process. The salesperson told me that the general manager was the one who came up with this rule. Claiming that it held no benefit for the dealer to complete this process unless it turned into a sale… This is a sale! A sale from a lease into a purchase. The complete purchase of the rest of my contracted agreement. Also they took our information and without proper explanation or consent, ran our credit without any written document application or signature. Very sketchy business and sales tactics are being used here. STAY AWAY!! More

Watch out for empty promises from Daytona Kia Dealership. Those guys do anything for a sale, even lies to you. Their financing department is worse than 1920 Italian Mafia. All of them are bullies. Louis is a very good help. He always tried to make sure that I was given the best deal possible. He is a great cheerful salesperson, who always tries his best. And Abbie is a very nice, intelligent helpful young lady who showed me the ropes during the car buying process. She showed me how to do the orientation. I could not finish it on my own due to computer issues at home or at the library. But, everything else was a set and go. I did not go to service, but that was no problem. It was raining and I could not do it that day. But, it was a go and everything was already taken care of already. Nice work and Keep the great job. Also, I believe that the Lord will be faithful to me once again. And, I will get back my blue background dashboard again. The color and background is good for healing. I must I may have or may not have been driving. But I had the car for 2 or 3 days. And I saw dust on the screen and I wiped the dust off with my hand a little bit. I had a ring on, but it did not scratch the screen. At the same time I touched an button on the screen and the aura of the screen panel got knocked off or out (or something). I have not seen the nice healing blue background and panel since. I would like service department to do or program that for me, again. I claim it in Jesus name.
